We booked the tickets through a vacation package with Pirates Voyage (which we loved). We had no problem presenting our printed-online tickets. However, my children did not like Wonderworks so much. They are ages 7 and 3. My older child was a bit scared of the creaking sound of the building and the fact that it is upside down.
I thought is was a wonderful idea. There are many exhibits that challenge the mind and body. It is a hands-on indoor science amusement park. There are many things to explore and a few "rides." My children were too small to really "ride" on much. They did enjoy the bubbles and looking at the exhibits. But we ended up going through the four or so floors pretty quickly and they did not want to return. We also went when there were several summer camp groups going through so it was pretty crowded.
It is right off the Boardwalk. We walked through the Boardwalk and feed the greedy ducks and fat fish :-) but did not visit any other attractions or shopping. We'll have to do that on a future trip.
I recommend this attraction for families with children at least 10 years old or just taller children.
